Noaingo oinarrizko eremuko mankomunitateko zerbitzu medikoek agintzen diete kirolerrezeta 16 urtetik gorakoei, honako hauekin: ARAZO KARDIOBASKULARRAK – KARDIOPATIA ISKEMIKO EZ-AKUTUA – HIPERTENTSIO ARTERIALA – 2 MOTAKO DIABETESA – DISLIPEMIA – KOLESTEROL HANDIA – TRIGLIZERIDOAK – OBESITATEA – BGBK – BIZKARREKO – MINA – ARTROSIA edo lehen mailako arretako zerbitzu medikoak egokitzat jotzen dituen pertsonak.<\/p>\n

HASI ZURE OHITURAK ALDATZEN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geldi egotea osasunaren eta autonomiaren gainbehera faktore nagusietako bat da. Kirola egitea oinarrizkoa da bizi-kalitate ona lortzeko.
\nAriketa fisikoaren errezeta bizitza osasuntsuago baten hasiera da.<\/strong><\/p>\n

INFORMA ZAITEZ KIROL BULEGOAN ETA ZURE OSASUN ZENTRORA BIDALIKO ZAITUZTE, KIROL-ERREZETA AURREZ IDAZTEN BADIZUTE URRATS HAUEK EGIN <\/strong>BEHAR DIRA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. ELKARRIZKETA<\/strong> zure udalerriko kirolinstalazioetan, osasun-programa zuzentzen duen profesionalaren eskutik, errezeta jaso eta 10 egunera gehienez.<\/li>\n
  2. 9 hilabeteko iraupena duen KIROL <\/strong>PROGRAMA<\/strong>, urteko edozein unetan sartu ahal izango da. Astero 2 edo 3 saio zuzenduko eta kontrolatuko dira.<\/li>\n
  3. EBALUAZIOA<\/strong>. Aldian behin, artehartzaile bakoitzaren aurrerapena ebaluatzen da eta bizitza osasungarria izateko errutinak eta aholkuak ematen zaizkio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
